Midnight Club is a racing game series developed by Rockstar San Diego which focuses on Competitive street racing and the import scene. Initially in the first and second games in the series, fictional cars were used as very few manufacturers wanted to be associated with illegal street racing and Rockstar wanted realistic car damage to be seen when racing in the game.
There are 4 games in the series which all focus on the racing theme and take players across different areas of the world including USA, Tokyo and France.
